Um Mami Culinary Center (UMCC) in Marrakesh

  • The Um Mami Culinary Center (UMCC) in Marrakesh aims to train the next generation of chefs.

  • The center offers an 8-week training delivered by international trainers as well as great local chefs, to facilitate your integration into the hospitality industry in Morocco. The training will end with a 4-week internship.

  • The proposed training will focus on practical workshops in order to review classic techniques while discovering innovative know-how.

  • We offer comprehensive training that will cover not only bakery and pastry techniques, but also culinary arts.

  • Our approach aligns with the new sustainable development standards and green skills.

  • Finally, we will put our national and international network at the service of our students to enrich their education.


Admission requirements

  • Must be between 18 and 30 years old

  • Culinary training or burning desire to become a chef

  • • Classes run from Monday through Friday.

    • A general week includes 40 hours.

  • Scholarships are available based on merit and financial needs. The scholarships are awarded on a first come first serve basis.
